Gladstone has more than 25 years of experience in real estate and has played a major role in some of the most significant undertakings in the Boston Metropolitan region in both the private and public sectors. Gladstone was previously Director of the Office of Real Estate Management for the Massachusetts Division of Capital Planning and Operations (now DCAM) and then served as Assistant Receiver for the Community and Economic Development for the City of Chelsea. Gladstone spent 11 years with The Beacon Companies, where she was responsible for project management of Rowes Wharf and the Hotel Meridien. Gladstone currently serves on the Board of the Massachusetts State College Building Authority. Gladstone received a BA from Yale University and was a Loeb Fellow at the Harvard University GSD.
