Cole has over 25 years of broad experience in planning, developing, constructing and managing a wide variety of private sector real estate development projects. Cole was previously Director of Residential Development at Congress Group Ventures in Cambridge, where he headed up the development of over 2,000 units of market-rate and affordable housing, including Museum Towers in Cambridge and Highpoint Residences in Quincy. Cole was Vice president at Fleet Bank, and Senior Vice President at Parencorp, a Brookline-based real estate development firm. Cole is a registered architect and a licensed real estate broker in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and currently sits on the Building Commission of the Town of Brookline. Cole earned a BA from Wesleyan University, and a Watson Fellowship and M. Arch from Harvard University.
